Born in 1987 in the border city of Piedras Negras, Coahuila de Zaragoza, Mexico, but resides and practices professionally in Nuevo León, Mexico, with more than 15 years of professional experience. Academics: Obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law at Universidad de Monterrey, in San Pedro Garza García, N. L., Mexico (2010). Has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law at Universidad Regiomontana, in Monterrey, N. L., México (2018) and is a Certified Mediator before the Judicial Branch of the State of Nuevo León.
Professional Experience: His professional career includes transnational companies such as: CEMEX, GE, YAZAKI and XIGNUX, as well as companies in the hydrocarbons and real estate sector, MERCANTIL DISTRIBUIDORA and STIVA, respectively, and worked as a specialist in environmental legislation in the PROCURADURÍA FEDERAL DE PROTECCIÓN AL AMBIENTE (PROFEPA). At the same time, he has conducted his independent professional practice with national and international clients, as well as his Mediator service.
